- 1. Just select the items you would like by browsing the shop or using the search box, and add them to your cart.
- 2. When you have selected all you want, proceed to checkout where you will be asked for your details.
- 3. Select your delivery options and payment method and submit your order. (All prices are charged in South African Rands.)
- 4. You can pay by EFT (Direct Bank Transfer) or via Yoco which offers various payment options such as Credit Card, Debit Card and Instant EFT.

Our online store is Cape Town based and all products are distributed from our address in Capricorn Park. Delivery is prompt and service is always with a smile.

Webshop shipping and delivery details:
All orders are dispatched within 2 business days after your order has been paid for.
If collecting, we will let you know when your order is ready via email.
IMPORTANT: Please do not collect before you have been notified that itโs ready.
If we are out of stock of any item, we will let you know via email.
Your order may need to be signed for, so if you’re not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address.
For your peace of mind, all items are sent insured.
We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries caused by transport delays.
- Domestic Deliveries via Courier within the borders of South Africa to all major centres: 2 – 3 days
- Domestic Deliveries within the borders of South Africa to remote areas: 2 – 4 days
- We regret that International Orders are not available.
*** DELIVERY IS FREE for:
- Only orders within South Africa over R550.00 including Vat
- Only applicable to orders placed on the webshop
- Deliveries to major city centres in South Africa will be via courier.
- Deliveries to outlying areas will be charged for accordingly.
- Deliveries via courier is by normal road freight – any faster deliveries need to be arranged with our team. Please email support@yourhair.co.za to arrange for express deliveries. Additional charges may apply.
If orders are under R550, the following calculation for deliveries is used:
Courier cost is charged by volumetric weight of your total order. R120.00 for the first 6kg, then R5.00 per kg thereafter.
Money Back Guarantee:
If your goods don’t arrive in perfect condition, or you are unsatisfied with the item you have purchased please phone us or email us within 7 working days and we will happily arrange a replacement or a refund. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. We do not refund the cost of postage or return postage.
